Stoops was instrumental in the international breakthrough of Belgian fashion. Collaborating with some of the country’s foremost designers and stylists, Stoops made a vital contribution to the early careers of luminaries like Dries van Noten and Martin Margiela; his visceral visual imagery was then enthusiastically employed by second-wave stars like Raf Simons, Veronique Branquinho and Jurgi Persoons.  Illustrated throughout.  A very good copy in printed wrappers.  Published in an edition of 1000 copies, although scarcer than the limitation would suggest.
