(Fairfax, CA):  Fallout Productions, 1981.  First edition.  Newspaper.  Unpaginated.  Issue 3 of this satirical pulp-zine that had an emphasis on anti-nuclear issues, and protection of civil liberties.  This issue includes an interview with Jello Biafra of the Dead Kennedys (Smith designed a number of the Kennedys album covers), an article on the Universal Product Code, collage illustrations, reviews and more.  A very good copy, creased where folded.
