Rare, early handbook for squatters which both serves as a guide for how and where to squat but also explains the legal issues involved. As well as describing how to build a barricade the volume details guidelines on how to find property to squat in, what to do in confrontations with the police, how to maintain the property and set up temporary plumbing, reconnect electricity and generally how to survive while squatting. This is a very good copy in stapled wrappers with ‘complimentary copy’ written in ink across to edge of cover. Laid-in is a squatter’s ‘Legal Warning’ notice. OCLC locates just two copies in the UK and one in The Netherlands.
