[Jersey City, NJ]: American Type Founders Co., no date (C.1905).  First edition.  Softcover.  26cm by 15.2cm.  174 pages.  Absolutly wonderful specimen book issued by the American Type Founders Co., which was established in 1892 through the merger of 23 type foundries, becoming the dominant force in the American printing industry.  The volume here showcases borders, florets, ornaments, Kate Greenaway mignonettes, chap book cuts, silhouettes, and more including work by Will Bradley who was the highest-paid American artist of the early 20th century..  A good copy only, intact but very worn.  A wonderful source book, perfect for a tattoo artist.
