SELLESLAGS, Herman. Foto’s Photos.

(Gent, Belgium): Uitgeverij Masereelfonds, 1982.  First edition.  Hardcover.  Unpaginated.  Introduction by Karel Anthierens, providing critical insight into Selleslags’s visual language and career trajectory.  A significant monograph of the work of Herman Selleslags, one of the most famous photographers in Belgium and Humo magazine’s house photographer for fifty years.  The volume presents 90 striking black‑and‑white images drawn from his photojournalistic work during the 1950s‑80s and includes images of international and local pop stars, cultural figures, everyday street scenes, and evocative documentary moments.  A very good copy in photo-illustrated boards.  This example signed by the photographer.  Scarce and deserved of wider recognition.
