The volume reprints in facsimile conceptualist Allen Ruppersberg”s artist”s books “23 Pieces”, “24 Pieces”, and “25 Pieces”. The first two titles were originally self-published in 1969 and 1970, while “25 Pieces”-though conceived in 1970-is issued here for the first time from the artist”s surviving vintage maquette.
