Printed in black and white with hand-colouring in red and green to one of the pages. A moody dark, haunting, almost psychedelic artists’ book featuring doctored photographs by John Miles with handwritten words and fragments of texts by Michael Pinney. A nicely printed visual documentation of a nightmare featuring obscure human characters, alongside dark shadows in the city, and abstract light paintings. The cut-and-paste layout feels somewhat punk-like but also representative of contemporary underground cinema. A very good copy in printed wrappers.
