(New York, NY): That New Magazine Inc., 1980.  First edition.  Quarto.  63 pages.  Volume 5 Issue 2, of this one of the most read gay-issue publications in the USA.  Known both for its serious discussion of issues within the gay community and its satire of anti-gay criticism, this issue proudly asks “Are you a gay Preppie?” and includes the article ‘The Preppie Mystique’ by Lawrence Richette and John Nierenberg.  A very good copy in stapled wrappers, small loss to rear cover.
