Also includes an extensive bibliography and index and an interesting section on the psychology of fashion.  A very good copy in blue cloth with gilt lettering, previous owner's bookplate to front pastedown, n a good example of the scarce dust jacket.  Jacket with small loss to base of spine, some tape repairs and creasing.  A nice copy of this important work.
