The follow-on volume to The Interior Book published in 1979; this dealing with the Japanese house from 1980 until 1985. Divided into five parts, including a section on exteriors, the volume covers all aspects of design, colour, lighting, materials, forms, furniture, storage for many different styles of housing. The volume is superbly illustrated throughout with numerous colour plates. A near fine copy in a near fine dust jacket
