The text covers the fundamental principles of kenjutsu, correct mindset, martial arts, and philosophy. The book’s core philosophy centres around turning a pursuit into a way of life and understanding that when we become competent in one discipline, the skill carries over into all other.  Illustrated.  A very good copy in dust jacket.
