MALONEY, Martin. Done but Destroyed: (33 days and 33 nights).

(No place): [Collection Supportive] (?), no date.  Postcard.  11cm by 15cm.  Issued as “Designation Deposit” No. 10. a series of postcards issued by the artist which began as ‘language pieces’  often criticizing the art establishment (and his fellow artists).  This unruly and polemical art practice , coupled with his radical views and his particular temperament , isolated the artist more and more from the mainstream art scene.  The text here “formed from an exhibition of expiration and expurgation at Galeria MTL, Brussels 1971-72.  The card printed in black on red is in very good condition some rubbing to edges.
