LEVITT, Helen. A Way of Seeing.

(New York, NY): Horizon Press, 1981.   Second edition.  Quarto.   Unpaginated.  Introductory essay by James Agee.  A nice edition of this classic and prized photobook.  This version includes the full essay by Agee, described as one of the most penetrating ever written on photography.  The volume also includes an additional 24 images that were omitted from the original edition.  A very good copy, with embossed stamp of Belgian photographer Gerald Dauphin, to the half-title, in a very good copy dust jacket.
