(New York, NY): Leo Castelli, 1961.  First edition.  Gallery invitation.  Bifolium (23.5cm by 17cm) cover printing exhibition details, central pages contain texts by Dr. Paul Wember, Yves Klein and Pierre Restany, laid-in is photographic image (17cm by 23.75cm) showing Yves Klein painting with fire from the retrospective exhibition at the  Museum Haus Lange.  The exhibition at the Leo Castelli gallery, which ran from April 11 to 29, 1961 was Klejin’s first one man show in the U.S.  The catalogue and image are in very good condition, some light edgewear to both.  Scarce OCLC locates just two copies one at the Museum of Modern Art and one at the Menil Collection Library.
