(Brussels): Galerie Saint-Laurent, 1964.  First edition.  Octavo (25cm by 17.5cm).  Tri-folded sheet, an announcement for the exhibition by Paul Joostens, although perhaps more notable for including plate illustrating a work by Marcel Broodthaers, Huitre Malade D’une Perle (together with works by Camiel Van Breedam, Annie Debie, Jose Goemare and Remo Martini).  A very good copy.  Very scarce with OCLC locating a single copy at Paris-Bibliotheque Kandinsky.
