(Amsterdam): Bas Lubberhuizen, 2011.  First edition.  Oblong quarto.  108 pages.  A controversial work in which  journalist Henk Hofland and photographer Roel Visser examine the excesses of prosperity. A confrontational volume highlighting greed and gluttony, folly, aggression, consumerism and exhibitionism in contemporary Holland.  Very scarce in this the first edition which was withdrawn following court proceedings commenced by one of the individuals shown on the rear cover of the book.  A very good plus copy in glossy wrappers.
