Albe was a Belgian writer who also published children’s stories under the pseudonym Kapitein Zeldenthuis.  The volume is beautifully illustrated by Michel Olyff.  A very good copy, small name / date to top corner of title-page, in printed wrappers.  Uncommon, OCLC locates a single copy in the US.
