HARING, Keith. Against All Odds.

(Rotterdam): Bébert Publishing House, 1990. First edition. Small oblong quarto. Unpaginated. Introductory text by Haring. A volume of twenty images with earth and the “dismal task of trying to save it – against all odds.” The drawings were created by Haring during the course of one afternoon whilst listening to Marvin Gaye and Bob Marley. The images are reproduced on thick Rivoli paper. A near fine copy in orange boards, with title in black, lightly faded at spine, housed in publisher’s matching slipcase. Published in an edition of 2500 numbered copies of which the first 500 were intended to be signed by Haring but he sadly died the week before the book was published and no copies were actually signed.
