(Boulogne, France): Plages, 1983. First edition. Softcover.  29.5cm by 21cm.  46 pages. Issue 23, one of the straighter issues of this wacky art magazine that ran from 1978 until 2011. Each issue was unique often it was painted, cut, scraped, folded, crumpled, pierced, torn, glued, or sprinkled. Objects both found and created were often inserted.  This issue contains contributions by Richard Luboski, Bernard Colin, Pierre Labrot, Cecile Otero, Michel Bret, Franco Ceres, and many others.  A very good copy of this eccentric, and yet wonderful magazine.
