Gilbert approaches her work as a sculptor would, interpreting historical styles and ethnic references, and often incorporating materials such as feathers, gold dust and jewels. The volume contains photographs from the likes of Paolo Roversi, Nick Knight, Steven Meisel, Peter Lindberg and many others from fashion shows, magazines spreads and advertising campaigns. A very good copy in illustrated boards without dust jacket as issued.
