GFELLER, Christain. Wool Coloring Book.

[Strasbourg, Germany]: 2Bongoût, [c. 2020]. First edition.  Softcover. [16]-pages.  Part of a series of “Coloring Books” by Gfeller that deliberately blur authorship, homage, and parody, the book functions as both a satirical gesture and a thoughtful extension of Duchampian ideas around artistic participation and appropriation.  Gfeller signs the work as his own and readers are invited to “complete” the book by coloring the images, thereby becoming active participants in the work’s meaning.  A very good copy in stapled wrappers.  Issued in an edition of just 40 numbered copies.
