Bulletin 104, art & project’s renowned series that played a pivotal role in disseminating conceptual art throughout Europe during the 1970s.​  The bulletin documents Flanagan’s early explorations into the use of light as a sculptural medium.  This a very good example, addressed and creased where folded for posting although not actually mailed.
