Federal Government’s Newest Scapegoat……. HELLS ANGELS.

Very rare publication issued to raise funds to defend Sonny Barger and other members of the members and associates of the Oakland chapter of the Hells Angels who were charged under The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, commonly referred to as the RICO Act or simply RICO, (A federal law that provides for extended criminal penalties and a civil cause of action for acts performed as part of an ongoing criminal organization). The hells Angels were charged with operating an illegal manufacturing plant and distribution system for methamphetamine. However, the indictments listed a range of vicious crimes, including murder and attempted murder, that were described as a part of the major plan to sell drugs. The charges were subsequently dismissed after two trials ended in mistrial when the jury was unable to reach a verdict. A good copy of this scarce item, chipping and tears to edge.
