(Amsterdam): White Press, 1970.  First edition thus.  Quarto.  79 pages.  One of the scarcest, and one of the last, of the numerous bootleg editions of Dylan’s poetical novel that he originally wrote in 1966 but wasn’t published by MacMillan until 1971.  A good copy in printed wrappers with cover image of Dylan.
