The first French edition of Dostoyevsky’s Diary of a Writer: a collection of non-fiction and fictional writings taken from pieces written for a periodical which he both founded and produced. In addition to the author’s reflections, the volumes also contains some literary works of fiction, mainly short stories which are often published separately.. Very good copies in original printed wrappers. Small old stain top top of spine of volume one. From the edition of 300 numbered copies, although these not numbered.
