The volume includes an introduction by graffiti artist, Zephyr as well as essays by Charlie Ahearn, Patti Astor and Popmaster Fabel.  The volume is illustrated throughout with images of writers, B-boys, DJs and MCs, Graffiti art, and is deservedly recognized as the bible to the Hip Hop nation.  A near fine copy in the dust jacket.  This copy inscribed by Martha Cooper in the year of publication.  Scarce in the first edition, more so signed.
