Three introductory chapters, (full of curious information and trenchant opinions), are followed by delicious and unusual recipes from around the world including Baked Rabbit (from Belgium), Baltic Pike (from Sweden) and Swatzuir (an old South African dish), to name but a few. A very good plus copy in a nice exaple of the very scarce dust jacket designed by Pat Keely. Jacket shows some foxing spots and has some chipping to head and tail of spine.
