(London): Aquascutum, no date.  (C.1947).  First edition.  Softcover.  21cm by 13.3cm.  Unpaginated.  Small promotional booklet that introduces the Aquascutum ready-to-wear system of 123 suit sizes.  The system was a significant innovation in the fashion industry, as it allowed for a more standardized and accessible way for customers to purchase tailored suits without the need for custom fitting. The volume also presents their raincoats, trousers and waistcoats.  Decorated with illustrations by Nicholas Bently.  A good copy only, as staples have rusted away.
