A comprehensive visual index of the books appearing in The Simpsons, compiled by French graphic designer Olivier Lebrun. More than 330 titles are reproduced through black-and-white animation stills, each image documenting a book as it appears within the television series, with the titles catalogued alphabetically. The volume is the culmination of Lebrun’s ongoing project, following A Pocket Companion to Books from The Simpsons (2012) and Another Companion to Books from The Simpsons. The deliberately systematic presentation transforms incidental details of the animated series into an idiosyncratic bibliography of its fictional and real books. The work incorporates years of frame-by-frame research together with contributions from viewers and readers who identified additional appearances. A very good copy with the usual ink stain to spine, the result of a production fault and common to many copies.
