Complete set of six illustrated bridge score cards, each featuring stylised Native American imagery, with the captions Rosy Dawn (Hopi Tribe, Arizona), Laughing Water (Algonquin Tribe, Eastern Canada), Red Sun (Mohawk Tribe, New York), Fire Eyes (Ute Tribe, Utah), Morning Star (Apache Tribe, New Mexico), and Swift Bear (Osage Tribe, Ohio and Arkansas). Colour-printed throughout, with decorative geometric borders. An attractive example of the elaborately designed bridge score ephemera produced during the great popularity of bridge in the interwar period, when themed stationery and table accessories were an important part of the bridge-party culture. The Red Sun card with a crease to one corner; otherwise all cards in very good unused condition, retained together with their original cotton tie.
