(SOLD): MARTIN, David. Son of the Instant Button Book.

(New York, NY): Daylark Press, 1968. First edition. Oblong 32mo. Foreword by David Martin. The sequel to the Instant Button Book. Cool book allowing multiple variations of the fashion staple, the pinback. The book comes with a blank button pinned to the front cover, the contents feature 84 button-sized adhesive stickers with printed sixties slogans such as: “Harley Davidson Lives,” “Tinker Bell is a Fairy,” “God Save the Queens,” “Better Latent Than Never,” “Blow Your Mind (smoke gunpowder),” “Brutus Cant be Trusted,” “Up The Mini,” and many more. The stickers could be used to create your own buttons or “Stick them on books, notebooks, windows, clothing.” One of the few button books published at the height of the hippie button craze. Very good plus with all 84 stickers present. Rare, OCLC locates only one copy.
