The volume features portraits and personal reminiscences of Jack Kerouac, Allen Ginsberg, Gershon Legman, Jay Landesman, as well as others in Holmes’s circle. Besides literary friends, Holmes touches on larger cultural and historical events, including his impressions of JFK’s assassination and observations about Lee Harvey Oswald.  A very good copy in dust jacket, slightly musty.
