(USA): Lid Magazine, 2009.  First edition.  Softcover.  28cm by 21.6cm.  Unpaginated.  Issue 9 of this culture magazine known for its bold, minimalist, and experimental design, which often pushed the boundaries of traditional magazine layouts.  The publication was often issued with a choice of cover image.  This issue features the photographic essay ‘Madonna’ by Kate Simon, as well as work by Marcus Leatherdale, Brigid Berlin, Gerald Malanga, a Marilyn Monroe photographic portfolio, and more.  A very good copy with Modonna cover image.  Small nick to the head of the spine.
