[24 pages]. An exceedingly rare complete set of this early Dutch / Belgian Punk magazine. Predominately providing coverage of the big boys of punk and new wave, think Sex Pistols, Blondie, Iggy Pop, and The stranglers, there is some coverage of lesser known bands like The Stinky Toys, Radiators from Space, Plastic Bertrand, Cherry Vanilla and Gods Heart Attack. The issues are copiously illustrated with photographs by Theo Hoogenboom and the occasional drawing by Ger Ryff. The issues also include articles on the Clash, the London punk scene, The Runaways, Elvis Costello, Generation X, The Adverts, David Bowie, Herman Brood and more. The Punk Extra features a centre spread poster of Debbie Harry and full-page photographs of Johnny Rotten, the Sex Postols, Blondie, Iggy Pop, Ian Drury, the Stranglers and the Runaways. Issues in very good condition in stapled wrappers. Wrappers with some rubbing at edges, some creasing to corners. Exceedingly scarce, no sets or individual issues located on WorldCat.
