Wilson Ranch in South Dakota, also known as Five Point Ranch.  Recipes include ‘Tumbleweed Noodles’, ‘Cactus Jack’s Sweet Potato Casserole’, ‘Pony Express Stew’, there is also a chapter on drinks.  This is a near fine copy, in spiral bound wrappers cut into the shape of a cowboy boot.  Small neat previous owner’s inscription.
