Text (in Dutch) by Jan Vrijman, Hugo Claus, Simon Carmiggelt, Friso Endt, and Michel de Ruyter. Containing photographs taken between 1955 and 1959 mainly at the jazz concerts in Amsterdam at the Het Concertgebouw., The photographs are grainy, hard-hitting street shots. One of the best Jazz photobooks, not scarce but seldom found in nice condition because of the fragile binding. This is a very good plus copy and much nicer than usually encountered.
