Exhibition catalogue for an exhibition of Turbeville’s photographs in ‘Photographes Contemporains’ at du muse national d’art moderne, Centre Georges Pompidou 25th June – 29th September, 1986. Illustrated with 63 plates showing the photographers stark and haunting work. A fine copy in cream wrappers. Published in an edition of 580 numbered copies, this one of 100 copies thereof which is accompanied by a an original photographic print, signed and numbered by Deborah Turbeville. The print, “Rosanna” at Parc du Chateau de Vaux-le-Vicomte (1985) is reprinted as the centre-page image in the book. An exquiste publication.
