(Antwerp): De Muyter-Deinze, 1997.  First edition.  Large square quarto.  Unpaginated.  The scarce lookbook issued for the Raf Simons, Spring / Summer season, 1997.  The images, photographed by Ronald Stoops, are taken from the video ‘Raf Simons Summer 97′ which accompanied Simons’ first runway show, and announced him as the new agitator-in-chief of the Parisian menswear scene.  This is a good copy, lookbook with wear and splits at spine, housed in card cover imitating a record sleeve.  A presentable copy of the rare first lookbook for the eponymous and revolutionary menswear label.
