A good solid cookbook not the dumbing down so often seen in these kinds of titles, but a large collection of excellent recipes, handy hints and an ingenious Master Menu Maker which categorises dishes into course and the time they take to prepare and how many they serve. A very good plus copy in dust jacket. A nice copy.
