(Milan): Edizioni Charta, 1998.  First edition.  Quarto.  71 pages.  Scarce volume of Kern’s photographs from the previous ten years, many published for the first time.  Introductory essay, text in Italian and English, by Nella Reali.  The text by Paparoni explores the relationship between some of Kern’s subjects and famous images from pre-war art history.  A very good copy in wrappers, some lifting to cover film.  Uncommon.
