Oblong octavo. 128 pages.  Issued as part of the Picture card series.  Neat little Japanese cookery book with sections on party food, appetizers, egg dishes, rice dishes, fish, chicken, beef, pork ground meat and deserts.  Also includes a short section on origami for plate decoration.  Illustrated with photographs of some of the dishes by Yoshikatsu Saeki.  A very good copy in ring bound wrappers.
