(No place): [Siam’s Guy Books], [2021].  First edition.  Folio.  A 1979 advertisement for Pakistan International Airlines unbelievably features the outline of a Boeing 747 projected onto the gleaming glass and steel of the twin towers of New York’s World Trade Center.  The advert appeared in Le Point magazine, artist Champassak took this as his starting point and photocopied the advert, and then photocopied the photocopy of the advert and so on until the image is destructed appearing as smoking towers.  Towards the end of the volume there is gradual and inverted revival of the advertising, in a subtle re-enactment of the iconic towers.  A near fine copy in stapled wrappers with text sheet by David Company laid-in.  This copy one of three Artist Proof copies signed by Champassak.
