(SOLD): BURROUGHS, William. The Carnaval is Being Pulled Down.

(No place): No printing details, no date. A Burroughs curiosity, possibly an Asian piracy as pages (numbered [61] – 66) open from right to left and ‘carnival’ spelt incorrectly as carnaval. The text is an extract from The Soft Machine (which Burroughs intended to read at the Edinburgh International Writers Conference). A very good example, pages possibly extracted from another volume although we have been unable to locate any volume containing this text as a separate piece. A head scratcher.
