(Paris): Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts, 1968. Original poster. Large format poster measuring approx. 95cm by 65cm was issued to show distrust at what was considered to be biased propaganda and an attempt at thought control by those in authority. As a result of workers from the French national television and radio stations going on strike in 1968, members of the Ministry for Home Affairs ran television and radio news bulletins at the request of the Gaullist government. The poster is in good condition showing some creasing, particularly where folded. The correct issue with (blurred) ECOLE SUPERIEURE/ DES BEAUX-ARTS/ 17 QUAI MALAQUAIS stamp in purple to bottom right corner. Scarce in this larger format.
